Comments: This message is directed to the manager Vince, Dave and all the staff at Cycleworks Calgary. I have been privileged to have had probably the best customer experience ever! I will explain. I purchased the 2015 Roadmaster in February and trailered it Home. After the snow melted I started to ride it and noticed it had very bad piston noise, I called and talked to Vince and explained the situation and he said trailer it back and they would fix it. The service shop did fix it for me at no charge and I road it back with a smile across my face the hole 1100 kms I put on it. I was smiling so big I had to clean the bugs off my teeth haha. I also want to say every person I dealt with at the dealership were complete professionals, you should be very proud of your staff. I just recently retired from a job where customer service was a top priority, and lived that, as my customers were my paycheque. It is so nice to have the same service in return. As a token of my appreciation I will only buy my parts and accessories from your location, as my daughter and grandkids just live an hour north in Innisfail and my wife and I travel there frequently. I have already spent close to $1,000.00 on a key fob and programming hat shirts and a jacket, and I will be buying more from your store in the future. Also Kim in the accessories shop has helped my wife and I tremendously, she is good at her job. Hell all the the employees seem to be. So in conclusion Thank You Vince for standing behind what you sell, I will cherish this motorcycle for as long as I can ride.Best Wishes to you and your staff

Needed a new rear tire (and possibly a front one as well) on my 2017 Indian RoadMaster and called the dealership. They were pretty busy on Saturday but said if I didn't mind waiting they would do it. Dropped the bike off at 10am. They notified me that I needed a front tire (as they noticed that the the tire was at the wear bar indicators and badly cupped). I was happy to say Yes and was pleased to be informed (SAFETY IS ALWAYS FIRST WITH ME). While the mechanic was changing the tires he inspected the brakes ( very thorough and conscious employee). I was informed that the rear brakes were good but the front should be replaced. I was very pleased that this brake condition was noticed and brought to my attention, so that it could be remedied (SAFETY). So I was very pleased that I got both tires replaced and my front worn out brake pads replaced as well. That was an awesome experience with great Customer Service and outstanding service. I left the Dealership with a safe feeling and a lot of gratitude. At 43,500 KM my bike is running excellent and with new tires and front brakes, I am safe on the road again to enjoy more summer road adventures. Thank you to Brandon for an awesome Service Department and to Tracy for having all the parts I needed in stock!!

would first off like to thank Steven Danroth (Sales Manager) at Cycle Works Calgary for being the best sales person I've ever delt with!! He helped me make ANY decision that I was unsure about and answered all of my questions I had! Not only did Steve help me buy a bike from 9 hours away, he had EVERYTHING in order for me and a bike built within 24 hours. I emailed the website to get a quote on a KTM 250 and had an email AND voicemail back within an hour. They are ON IT! I never once felt pressured into anything, Steven was super chill and honest throughout the whole deal. He even said that if I needed ANY part to be at a race in a matter of days that he would ship it, and that if they didn't have it, he would even take it off one of their showroom bikes and send it to me!! Haven't heard a dealership say that! The reputation of Cycle Works is unreal, any bike I've seen come out of there looks amazing. Cycle Works is the best priced location I've found on any KTM bike. If you are considering getting a bike you owe it to yourself to check out Indian. And if you are going to check out Indian you need to talk to Steve at Cycle Works Calgary. I was looking at getting a street style bike but ended up getting a Scout 60. Steve promptly contacted me after my initial online inquiry, walked me through how the Scout 60 was ideal for me, offered a fair price, and incorporated Indians Veterans recognition program. Steve kept me fully appraised of the build and laid out a plan for me to pick up the bike. Buying the Scout from CW Calgary was an outstanding experience.

Just had a great time at the AHEIA Ladies Seminar, where Cycleworks provided 6 NEW quads for attendees to learn how to ride. Great machines, easy and comfortable for a first-time rider to use. I was very please my whole experience and my new KTM 4 stroke. Dave was great and easy to deal with. I am in the same style of business so i really appreciate the laid back approach. I was really happy when i was told i could give a deposit to hold a bike i wanted and the deposit was refundable.. not everyone does that. I love this Bike ! Thanks for getting me on one as fast as you could and please tell Bonnie thanks for all her help too. I picked up my Highball on saturday and had to take it home for the day because we had something else going on. I did get a ride in on sunday(125km)and to work(22.5km one way) both days this week. This thing is AWESOME!

Took my recenly aquired 2014 1190 in for a checkup and service (new to me and wanted to make sure it was good to go). There was an oops incident at the dealership with minor bumps and scrapes. The kind weve all done ourselves once or twice or thrice. The absolutely fantastic service department took it in stride and after a consult with me and the parts department they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and still a happy customer. I couldnt feel better about the end result and how well they remedied the situation. This is just a shout out and a pat on the back to those guys and the shop. Nice to still find excellent service these days.

Stopped in today after visiting the HD store. I am so happy Indian has found a new home. When I walked in, the showroom was jammed and the staff still managed to make sure all my questions were answered and introduced me to the GM. Great first impression... Traveling cross country, I came into a breakdown and got to Calgary needing help. Rorik was a legend and took care of me in a timely and professional manner. My bike was hard down and I was in desperate need for a quick diagnosis, part order and repair. Guys delivered and had me back on the road in right good shape. I ride a 2003 Victory V92TC, with parts being hard to come by. Staff also very helpful with suggesting accommodations and activities in the area.

I have enjoyed my Polaris machines, 2007 Sportsman, 2013- 550, 2010 and 2011 snowmobiles, on top of the continuing maintenance and repairs to those machines and my Suzuki motorcycle, I am happy to continue my business with you guys in the future. So, I am very much appreciative to you guys and just wanted to write this quick note to let you know. A very satisfied customer!

I have had only good experiences since day one in 2011. From Vince trying to help me get some warranty from Victory on a shock that blew out on my 2010 Ness Vision to the parts team and Tracy helping me spend a couple hundred bucks almost every time I walk through the doors. All I have to to do is ask her about the savings of the week and Tracy walks me through the store and personally shows me what is available. The last visit cost me a little over 600 dollars although at sale prices I saved almost 400.00 so it was money well spent. Every time I walk through the door everyone greets me, most of the staff remembers and calls me by name, and I like that. Vince has put together a sales and service team that you dont find anymore in todays world. People who actually like their jobs and genuinely care about the people they serve. From Brandon and the guys in service to Kimble and Steven in sales these people are directly responsible for how strong this company is overall. Thank you, to the Calgary team seems so inadequate, but thanks anyways guys you are a great team.

I purchased my 2007 victory hammer and have always serviced thru the Calgary dealer, Cycle Works. recently I lost a baffle from the bike some where and went to get another. because they were after market pipes and Polaris had discontinued them they were unavailable. Tracy and Brandon from parts and service searched everywhere, in the US thru Victory, contacted the dealer rep and were finally successful in finding a baffle for the pipes. I know they spent quite a bit of time on this and went way beyond what anyone would expect them to do to service a customer. Another reason why I will continue to use them for my next purchase and continued service. Thanks Tracey and Brandon

I recently lost two atvs in a fire an 06 Kawasaki bruteforce and a 08 Polaris Sportsman 800 (which I purchased from Cycleworks Calgary). The fire was a really bad experience that I hope will never happen again. While I was dealing with my insurance company, the team at Cycleworks helped me get back on the trails for a vacation that I had planned, and they are continuing to help me get into two new 850xps with eps. Well overall I was incredibly impressed with my experience. I had dealt with Allison at parts, she was great, pleasant and very positive to do her best to help me out. She even walked me up to the reception desk where Kaylee was also very plesant and easy to deal with. Even though I ended up spending more than I had hoped, it didnt bother me just because I had such a pleasant exeprience. Allison and Kaylee really made me fell appriciated as a customer. The rest of the staff were great aswell, but these two girls really stand out. Needless to say I will be coming back more often. Thank you for all of your hard work.
